something's leaking.
They begin as almost intrusive thoughts: a song you can't get out of your head, a vivid image of a locket, lines from a book, fragments of a conversation. The only problem is...you've never heard that song before, or seen that piece of jewelry, read that book, or been privy to that conversation. At first, you can shake it off as a weird dream, maybe a side effect of the sedatives they faculty neglected to mention.
But it doesn't stay that way. As the days go on, these thoughts become more and more demanding. You find yourself singing that tune that won't go away, reciting those lines as though you know them by heart. You may pick up a sketch pad in the leisure room and accurately recreate a drawing of that locket or whatever else you can't erase from your mind's eye, whether or not you have any artistic talent. There are crafting tools in the woolshed that seem to demand you build whatever is in your mind, as though recreating it however is possible will somehow rid you of it.
They begin to fade near the end of the second week, and afterward are gone. What was that, anyway?

OOC plotting.
This first event is our spin on a memory share! Characters' minds will be tapping into the memories of the other patients, and that means SHARING MEMORIES! Now, the types of things being shared aren't full events, but are more like...reminders of events: a fragment of a conversation out of context, a song, a favorite locket or book, a movie, the sky's the limit! Post below whatever memories from their own world your character might be leaking into the minds of the other patients and, fellow patients use whatever you like in your posts!
There will not be a log for it, but you are all free to post your own!
